I’m a Director at Salesforce AI Research, leading the Interactive AI Team. My research focuses on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing, particularly, Agentic AI, Trustworthy and Human-Centric AI, Conversational AI, and Large Language Modeling. Our team delivers AI solutions and patents to power Salesforce products and frontier incubation, as well as publishing and presenting at top AI forums to impact academic research.
