About

I am a Senior Director at Salesforce AI Research, where I lead the Interactive AI Team. I have been incredibly fortunate to be mentored by brilliant leaders including Silvio Savarase, Caiming Xiong, Richard Socher, Pascale Fung, Hung-yi Lee, and An-Yeu (Andy) Wu, and I am privileged to collaborate with world-class AI researchers and product teams.

My research sits at the nexus of AI, Humanity, and Business – pushing the boundaries of frontier AI to create meaningful human progress and tangible economic growth. Recently, my primary focus areas include:

• Trustworthy and Human-Centric AI

My technical journey began in Electrical Engineering with a focus on circuit design and signal processing. It has since evolved through Natural Language Processing (NLP) and dialogue systems to general large language modeling (LLM) and human-computer interaction (HCI). Today, my work centers on frontier agentic AI and post-training.

My team delivers AI solutions and patents that power Salesforce products and frontier incubations. We also actively contribute to the scientific community by publishing at top-tier AI forums to advance academic research with award-winning records.
